Important Instructions

1. The RunStar Scale must be used with the Starfit App.
   When pairing the scale with the app, please ensure that your personal information is entered accurately to avoid affecting measurement results.
   
2. Place the scale on a flat, stable surface and avoid taking measurements while wearing socks.
   
3. Stand barefoot on the scale to ensure maximum measurement accuracy.
   
4. This scale is intended for home wellness use only and should not be considered a medical device.
   
5. Children under 8 years old, and individuals who are pregnant, have osteoporosis, a pacemaker, artificial joints, portable ECG, or other metal implants, should use the scale for weighing only. Please wear shoes when stepping on the scale to avoid any current sensation.
   

Notes

• For accurate and consistent measurements, it is recommended to wear light clothing and measure at the same time under the same conditions every day.
  
• Morning measurements on an empty stomach generally provide more stable data.
  
• Activities such as drinking large amounts of water, eating, intense exercise, or taking a shower may affect results.
  
• Please follow the product instructions carefully to achieve better measurement accuracy.
